All Private Linking Information provided to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner will;

  2. Your private information is contained behind secured networks with firewall and data encryption and is only available to limited number of persons who have special access rights to the systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
  3. We hold personal information on our servers for as long as necessary and as long as we are providing Services to you.
  4. When you close your account, your information is stored on our servers to the extent and duration necessary to comply with data regulatory, monitoring, detection and prevention obligations under the compliance with limitation periods of DPPA 2019 (Data Protection & Privacy Act).
